Italian artist Dario Campanile Born April 21, 1948 in Rome, Italy. Dario started painting in oil at age 14. He spent time concentrating on painting in classical style influenced by Caravaraggio and other great Italian Masters. He decided to experiment and continue discovering his own techniques. At age 18 he met the Italian master of metaphysical art, Giorgio de Chirico. By age 19, Dario Campanile started showing his art in a gallery in Rome called Galleria Esedera. In 1972 Dario met Salvador Dali in his home in Cadaques, Spain. Dario was offered much encouragement and inspiration to explore new techniques and compositions.

Dario Campanile 는 이태리의 로마에서 1948년 태어나, 14살 때 부터 그림을 그렸다.
그는 Caravaraggio및 다른 이태리 거장들의 영향을 받은 고전 스타일 그림에 집중하는데에
많은 시간을 보냈다. Dario는 자신만의 고유 기법을 개발하는 실험(연습)을 많이 하기로했다.
18살 때는 이태리 추상화의 대가 Giorgio de Chirico를 만났다.
19살 때에 Dario는 로마의 Galleria Esedera 갤러리에서 자신의 예술을 선 보이기 시작했다.
1972년에 그는 스페인의 Cadaques에 있는 Salvador Dali의 집에서 달리들 만났는데..
'Dali'로 부터 새기술과 그림의 구도 탐구를 많이 하라는 용기와 격려를 말을 들었다.
